What Candid Gold Cream is used for

• Ringworm and athlete's foot
• Vaginal thrush (pessary and cream)
• Oral thrush (mouth paint)
• Nappy rash with candida

How it works

Clotrimazole damages the fungal cell membrane, killing dermatophytes and yeasts on the skin and mucous membranes.

Common side effects

• Local burning or stinging
• Redness
• Itching
• Peeling

Most side effects are mild and settle as your body adjusts. Tell your doctor if any of them persist or trouble you.
